Head of Video - Events Production
Location: London
Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE

Our Client
A creative technical events production agency with a warehouse brimming with high spec kit, our client delivers some amazing live events across some well known UK and international venues. The events could include conferences, awards, fashion shows, and parties. Due to rapid expansion and a brilliant reputation, they are now growing their technical departments with a rare opportunity for a Head of Video!
The Role
As Head of Video, you will report directly into the Technical Director and will lead the technical and strategic development of the video department. You are the Video expert, overseeing any systems design as well as operations across a range of exciting events. You will support the complex planning of video elements for events and develop and nurture the team to impart your specialist knowledge. Leading the more complex and high-profile projects, as well as managing key stakeholders, will be key.

About You
We are seeking expert knowledge of video system design, deployment, and operation with a strong knowledge of Vectorworks. You are a confident user of Media servers, with a strong Barco systems knowledge. In-depth knowledge of video networking and Panasonic projects, as well as LED processing and switching, is key. Alongside this technical knowledge, you will have extensive experience in live event video systems design, deployment, and operations. You will love managing and developing a team and have a calm approach to complex project management. Being an excellent communicator and able to manage key senior stakeholders is essential.
