CoCo Group is proud to be partnering with a leading live events agency, one that blends the big-picture thinking of a creative studio with the razor-sharp execution of a production powerhouse, to find their next Head of Video.
This isn't a maintenance role. It's a chance to be the video authority for an agency trusted with some of the most ambitious, high-profile live events around. If you've spent your career mastering signal flow, LED walls, media servers and projection systems, and you're ready to shape strategy rather than just execute it, this is your next move.

You'll sit at the intersection of technical mastery and genuine influence. This isn't about someone to simply run the desk on show day, they want a leader who will:
- Own the discipline. Set the standards, the workflows, and the best practice that the whole video team works to.
- Shape the roadmap. Have real input into equipment purchasing, emerging platforms, and where the video capability goes next.
- Be trusted with the biggest stage. Step into the agency's highest-profile, highest-complexity projects as the senior technical voice in the room, with clients, venues, and suppliers alike.
- Build people, not just systems. Mentor Technical Project Managers and technicians, close skills gaps, and grow a team that can collaborate confidently across disciplines.
