Knightsbridge Flagship, London | Full-Time / Flexible Partnership Model

£3,000 monthly retainer + uncapped commission

We are looking for an exceptional luxury industry operator, private client specialist or entrepreneurial relationship-builder to launch and lead a completely new VIP luxury proposition from our Knightsbridge flagship, moments from Harrods.

This is not a traditional management role. We are looking for someone who can build their business within our business, using their relationships, reputation, luxury expertise and commercial network to create a significant new revenue stream for Designer Exchange.

The opportunity

Our new ground-floor VIP suite will provide an exclusive, appointment-only environment for HNW clients to privately:

  • Buy and sell luxury
  • Source rare and highly desirable pieces
  • Acquire and clear entire wardrobes
  • Access personal shopping and styling
  • Consign high-value items
  • Purchase privately sourced collections
  • Receive a genuinely discreet, relationship-led service

Our core USP remains instant cash purchasing. Consignment will be used selectively and only for individual items where the anticipated sale value exceeds £5,000, ensuring we enhance the proposition without diluting our immediate-cash offering.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
