HEAD OF VIP SALES
At Vollebak, we're building clothing for the future. Our products are designed for people pushing the boundaries of science, exploration, adventure and technology. As we've grown, we've built an extraordinary global community of customers, including a significant number of high-value clients who have become some of our strongest advocates.
We're looking for a Head of VIP Sales to lead and grow this part of the business. This is a commercially driven leadership role, responsible for building long-term relationships with our highest-value customers, creating an exceptional client experience, and significantly increasing both our VIP customer base and the revenue it generates.
You'll build a world-class VIP sales programme that combines the personal service of luxury clientele with the pace, creativity and ambition of a fast-growing global brand. You'll know how to identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, understand what motivates them, and build trusted relationships that last for years rather than transactions that last for days.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience selling premium or luxury products to affluent customers. You may have built private client programmes in luxury fashion, watches, automotive, travel, technology or another premium sector.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Whatever your background, you'll have a proven track record of generating significant revenue through relationship-led sales while delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll own the strategy for acquiring new VIP customers, strengthening existing relationships and increasing customer lifetime value. You'll create highly personalised experiences, from one-to-one consultations and exclusive product access to bespoke events and tailored communications.
Working closely with our founders and the marketing, product and customer experience teams, you'll ensure our most valuable customers receive an experience worthy of the ambition, originality and curiosity that define Vollebak.
We're looking for someone who is highly commercial, analytical and entrepreneurial. You'll be comfortable using customer data to identify opportunities, forecast revenue, set ambitious growth targets and measure performance. Just as importantly, you'll possess outstanding judgement, emotional intelligence and communication skills—knowing when to listen, when to advise and how to build genuine trust.
Success in this role will be measured by meaningful commercial outcomes. You'll grow the number of VIP customers, increase revenue from existing relationships, improve retention, raise average order value and build a scalable VIP programme that becomes a major driver of long-term growth. This role is for someone who enjoys building rather than maintaining. You'll have the freedom to develop new ideas, experiment with new approaches and shape one of the company's most strategically important functions from the ground up.
