Can you turn raw audience attention into an unstoppable organic growth engine?

Profiles Creative is partnering with one of the world’s fastest-growing AI health-tech scale-ups to hire a visionary Head of Viral Social. Operating on a fully remote basis from the United Kingdom, this partner business has rapidly accelerated from $10m to $350m ARR within 12 months, already supporting over 150,000 patients every month with profitable operations and global expansion underway. We need an ambitious operator to take total command of viral social, building repeatable frameworks that generate millions of organic impressions and transform social attention into a primary patient acquisition channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead the organic viral content engine across all core brands, platforms, and social media channels.
  • Build, scale, and manage a high-velocity creator and user-generated content (UGC) production pipeline.
  • Develop wide-reaching distribution systems by leveraging creator partnerships, repost networks, meme accounts, and clippers.
  • Establish rigorous performance feedback loops across content formats, engagement, and reach to rapidly double down on winning hooks and creative concepts.
  • Drive community interaction across DMs, comments, shares, and tags to convert passive viewers into active brand advocates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative and Performance marketing teams to turn viral reach into measurable, scalable customer acquisition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
