About the Role
This is a senior, founder-type position sitting within the Growth org — reporting to the VP of Growth and working closely with the CEO — at one of Europe's fastest-growing healthtech companies operating in the GLP-1 weight loss space. You'll own the full virality engine, turning short-form content into predictable, massive organic reach across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and treating organic social as a true growth channel across multiple consumer brands.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end UGC virality system: sourcing creators, managing output quality, building AI-assisted workflows, coordinating clippers and editors, and optimising publishing cadence.
- Architect and scale distribution networks — including clippers, meme pages, repost accounts, and creator partnerships — to amplify reach well beyond owned channels.
- Run the creative performance loop: analysing what's working, identifying winning patterns, and systematically scaling successful formats across creators and channels.
- Build and manage a structured creator pipeline to drive a consistent flow of high-performing UGC, targeting growth from ~2.5M to 40M+ monthly organic branded views.
- Drive community engagement across comments, shares, tags, and DMs to compound virality and strengthen overall content performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
