Lead the administration of The Quran Group’s Women’s Department
Ensure student records, attendance, communication, and coordination are organised and up to date while supporting teachers, students, and volunteers.

- Coordination between students, teachers, and the wider team is improved, creating clearer administrative processes and reducing the risk of information being missed.
By maintaining organised systems and documentation, the Head of Women’s Administration will help the department operate more efficiently and provide a better experience for students and volunteers.

What will you be doing?
The Head of Women’s Administration will oversee the administrative side of the Women’s Department and help ensure that student information, attendance, and day-to-day administrative processes are managed accurately and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Women’s Department.
- Maintain accurate student enrolment and attendance records.
- Keep student information organised and up to date.
- Coordinate with teachers and volunteers regarding student and class information.
- Support students with administrative queries and follow-ups.
- Help organise class information and rosters.
- Monitor administrative processes and identify areas that can be improved.
- Maintain clear documentation and records.
- Follow up on outstanding administrative information.
- Help ensure the department’s administrative systems remain organised and reliable.
- Provide administrative updates when required.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Quran Group team.
The role is hands-on and requires someone who can take ownership of administrative responsibilities while working effectively with teachers, students, and volunteers.
