About the Role: Head of Workplace & Productivity

The Global Head of Workplace & Productivity is responsible for defining and leading Nord Anglia Education’s global digital workplace strategy, ensuring colleagues across schools, regions, and central functions have:

  • Secure and reliable technology experiences
  • Modern, productive tools aligned with evolving workforce needs

The role owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for:

  • End User Computing (EUC)
  • Microsoft 365
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Collaboration Platforms
  • Digital Workplace Services
  • AI-enabled productivity capabilities

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead and deliver a global digital workplace strategy, focusing on employee experience, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Drive adoption, optimisation, and change management for workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, AI technologies, and emerging digital solutions.
  • Champion user-centric digital adoption across:
    • Teachers
    • Support staff
    • School leaders
    • Central teams
  • Build consistent global workplace experiences while accounting for regional and local requirements.
  • Enable Nord Anglia’s AI strategy by deploying, adopting, and governing productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot and generative AI solutions.
  • Strengthen collaboration with stakeholders:
    • Group Head of Data & AI
    • Cyber Security
    • Infrastructure & Operations
    • Business teams
  • Oversee workplace technologies to ensure they are:
    • Secure
    • Scalable
    • Aligned with enterprise standards
  • Identify and realise opportunities for automation, AI, and productivity improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience leading global digital workplace strategy in large, complex, cross-functional organisations.
  • Strong track record driving change management through:
    • Training and upskilling initiatives
    • Stakeholder engagement
    • Influence and communication strategies
  • Deep technical expertise in:
    • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
    • Collaboration platforms and platform integration.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in:
    • Employee experience
    • Productivity enhancements
    • Technology utilisation and adoption
  • Experience leading AI-enabled workplace initiatives, including:
    • Microsoft Copilot and AI governance frameworks
    • Governance, compliance, and ethical AI deployment.
  • Background in:
    • End User Computing (EUC)
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • Secure workplace environments
