A Leading Global FM and Workplace Services Provider is Seeking a Head of Workplace Services in London

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity overseeing a prestigious corporate portfolio, with responsibility for a large multidisciplinary team and the opportunity to shape service delivery during a period of significant investment and growth.

The Role

As The Head of Workplace Services, You’ll

  • Lead FM and workplace service delivery across a portfolio of high-spec corporate offices.
  • Oversee a team of 80–90 employees across Facilities Management, Engineering, Property, F&B, Commute, and Sustainability.
  • Drive a customer-first culture focused on creating an outstanding workplace experience.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams to proactively manage M&E performance and operational risks.
  • Maintain assets and ensure consistently high standards across the portfolio.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a large multidisciplinary management team.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior and board-level stakeholders.
  • Drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence across the account.

You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • Significant senior-level experience within corporate Facilities Management.
  • Experience within an outsourced FM or workplace services environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of workplace and technical FM service delivery.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
  • A highly customer-focused approach to workplace services.
  • Confidence operating at senior leadership and board level.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification.
