Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, product marketing, brand strategy, or digital advertising.
- Experience in people management, including hiring, developing, and leading teams.
- Experience in commercial management and executive stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing the engaging interests and priorities of multiple executive stakeholders and various regional markets, building a joint goal across a highly matrixed, international organization.
- Experience exercising exceptional creative taste and judgment.
- Knowledge of the advertising industry, B2B buying ecosystem, and B2B marketing strategies.
- Understanding of the creative process, with the ability to deliver brand experiences and address ambiguous problems by exhibiting a high-level of creativity and innovation across channels, including social media and influencer partnerships.
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to advocate Google's message to customers, industry peers, and global internal leadership.
About the job
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term holistic marketing strategy and goal for YouTube Ads in EMEA, anticipating user needs and market trends.
- Direct multiple product marketing roadmaps across brand, social, and performance markets, setting objectives that influence broader product direction.
- Serve as the domain expert for YouTube Ads, partnering with cross-functional and global teams to integrate EMEA learnings into product development and go-to-market plans.
- Optimize and manage regional marketing resources, budgets, and investments to maximize commercial outcomes and accelerate Ads growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a marketing team, providing actionable 360-degree feedback and cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence.
