Part-Time Head Padel Coach, Berkshire
Location: Berkshire (indoor padel club)
Hours: Part time, 2 days per week
About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic padel coach to lead the coaching programme at an indoor padel club in Berkshire. Over two days a week you will deliver a varied timetable and act as the lead coach for the club, setting the standard for coaching quality and helping players of all levels enjoy and improve their game.
What you'll be doing
Coaching delivery
- Run "Intro to Padel" sessions for complete beginners
- Deliver group coaching for beginner, intermediate and advanced players
- Lead coached matches, guiding players through live match situations
- Host social sessions that are welcoming, well organised and fun
- Provide private one-to-one and small-group lessons

Head coach responsibilities
- Help shape and develop the coaching timetable, based on demand and player feedback
- Be a friendly, visible presence at the club, building relationships with members and new players
- Encourage players to progress through the club's programme, from intro sessions to regular group coaching and matches
- Support and set the example for any other coaches working at the club
- Work with the club team on bookings, session numbers and communication with players
- Look after court set-up, equipment and session safety

About you
Essential
- A recognised padel coaching qualification
- Proven experience coaching padel to adults and juniors of mixed abilities
- The ability to run engaging sessions for a range of formats, from beginners to competitive players
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Reliable, professional and well organised
