Tom Ellis Racing is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head Person / Assistant Trainer to join our expanding National Hunt team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, reliable and capable individual to take on a key role within a progressive racing operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the smooth and efficient running of the yard, with duties including:

- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the yard
- Supervising staff and effectively delegating daily tasks
- Regularly attending race fixtures
- Communicating professionally with owners
- Working closely with the trainer and wider team to ensure the horses are prepared and cared for to the highest standard
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a professional racing yard
- Organised, responsible and able to lead a team
- Hardworking with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
