Job Description:
Due to expansion we are seeking a full time, employed, Head Person for our racing yard.
The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of five years experience working within a racing yard environment covering all aspects of the welfare, training and preparation of race horses in order to enable them to compete at a reasonable level.

They need to have the ability to manage their team on a daily basis alongside the licenced trainer, the assistant trainer and the management team.
The position demands that the successful candidate is hard working, professional, efficient and competent.
Within the role you will be expected to attend racing when needed, drive the horse box when required and pull the trailer with a horse in if we have more than two horses at a race.
