Head of Sales – Private Credit | London, UK
Lead Commercial Growth in One of the Fastest-Growing Companies
A leading global technology and solutions provider serving the private markets ecosystem is looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead its commercial expansion across the UK and Europe. This is a confidential leadership opportunity for an experienced sales professional with deep relationships across the Private Credit industry and a proven ability to win and grow strategic enterprise accounts.
If you've successfully sold technology, data, analytics, portfolio management, risk management, or outsourced solutions to Private Credit Managers, Direct Lending Funds, Alternative Asset Managers, Private Debt Funds, or Credit Investment Firms, we'd like to hear from you.
About the Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, and shape the commercial strategy for a rapidly expanding business serving the private markets industry. You'll work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and subject matter experts to deliver solutions that address the evolving needs of institutional investment managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business development across Private Credit and alternative asset managers.
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Develop relationships with C-level executives, Partners, CIOs, Heads of Investments, COOs, CFOs, Portfolio Managers, and Operations leaders.
- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification through negotiation and closing.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within strategic accounts.
- Represent the business at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and marketing teams to align commercial strategy with market needs.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to influence product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
- Consistently exceed revenue and growth targets.

What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in enterprise B2B sales within the financial services or fintech ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success selling solutions to Private Credit Managers, Private Debt Funds, Direct Lending Firms, or Alternative Investment Managers.
- Strong network across the private credit ecosystem in the UK and Europe.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of private credit workflows, investment operations, portfolio monitoring, risk management, valuation, or fund operations.
- Exceptional executive presence, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior investment professionals and business leaders.
- Experience leading strategic sales initiatives within high-growth environments is highly desirable.
