We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Sommelier to lead our award-winning wine programme in our Michelin-starred restaurant.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional who is passionate about wine, dedicated to delivering world-class guest experiences, and eager to play a key leadership role within a dynamic and ambitious team.

The Role

As Head Sommelier, You Will

  • Lead and develop our award-winning wine programme.
  • Curate and evolve our wine list, working with some of the world’s finest producers.
  • Deliver exceptional wine service and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Lead, train and inspire the front-of-house team.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to create outstanding food and wine pairings.
  • Oversee cellar management, purchasing, stock control and supplier relationships.
  • Maintain the highest standards expected within a Michelin-starred restaurant.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a Head Sommelier or Senior Sommelier in a Michelin-starred or comparable fine dining restaurant.
  • Possesses exceptional wine knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Holds WSET Level 3 or above (or equivalent experience); CMS qualifications are advantageous.
  • Is an inspiring leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Has meticulous attention to detail and thrives in a high-performance environment.
