We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Sushi Chef to lead our sushi team and deliver exceptional quality and consistency.

What We're Looking For

The ideal Head Sushi Chef will:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant.
  • Possess excellent knife skills and expertise in sushi and sashimi preparation.
  • Lead and motivate the sushi team to maintain the highest culinary standards.
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.
  • Manage stock and maintain food safety standards.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced luxury dining environment with a passion for outstanding guest experiences.
