About the Role
STEP Academy Trust is seeking to recruit an outstanding leader to work alongside the Executive Head Teacher at one of our London Academies. This role will support the staff, children, and wider community, whilst continuing the excellent work that has already taken place.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, creative, motivated, and enthusiastic leader with a history of excellent classroom practice across the primary phase, has experience of being a Deputy Head Teacher, and who is able to inspire the entire school community towards excellent outcomes and lead the academy through its next stage of development.
The Head Teacher post represents an exciting opportunity for a candidate who can quickly understand the needs of the community and is looking to further develop their leadership skills within a strong and supportive professional network. You will have the opportunity to work with a secure team of committed staff, enthusiastic children, and a supportive community.
