Northfield Manor Academy is a thriving and inclusive primary academy at the heart of its community. As part of Victoria Academies Trust, we are committed to ensuring that every child receives an exceptional education, enabling them to achieve, flourish and succeed.
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, ambitious and values-driven Headteacher to lead Northfield Manor Academy into its next chapter. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about improving life chances for children and who can build upon the academy's strengths while driving sustained school improvement.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide strong and visible leadership, inspiring pupils, staff and the wider community.
- Have a proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils.
- Champion inclusion, safeguarding and the wellbeing of every child.
- Develop and empower staff through high-quality professional development.
- Work collaboratively with Victoria Academies Trust to ensure the academy continues to thrive.
