Head Therapist
Head Therapists in our team lead by example and embrace every opportunity to create special moments in our luxurious spa, providing a personal experience that enhances the overall wellbeing and relaxation of our guests.
Requirements
- A recognized beauty qualification, level 3 Beauty or equivalent.
- Massage qualification is a must.
- Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
- Providing a high-quality service comes naturally to you.
- Excellent supervisorial, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A smart and professional appearance.
- You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
- Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
Responsibilities
- Offer high quality professional treatments in a serene and relaxing environment.
- Effectively pass on product and service knowledge to all therapists.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, always considering the wellness needs and concerns of our guests.
- Develop, train and coach therapists to maintain our exceptionally high standards.
- Assist Spa Manager with monitoring stock levels, ordering products, conducting trade tests and interviewing potential therapists.
- Pay attention to budgets and targets to ensure spa’s profitability.
- Promote spa products and services with complete knowledge and understanding.
- Cover reception shifts when required.
