As a Head Nurse, you will be accountable for the clinical leadership of the nursing team, ensuring we deliver exceptional care to our patients and clients whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory, practice, and operational standards and compliance.

About You
We’re looking for a RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse who:
- Has a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care
- Is a confident leader, experienced in motivating and developing teams
- Is ready to lead, inspire, and help the nursing team grow

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will typically:
- Deliver exceptional patient care, including nurse-led appointments, schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries, and procedures—while complying with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards
- Manage patient monitoring and care, including admissions and discharges
- Provide exceptional client care and ensure a high standard of service
- Offer clinical leadership, inspire and develop the nursing team
