Head Waiter – Luxury Mediterranean Restaurant
Salary: £46,000–£50,000 per annum
Hours: 48 hours per week
Location: Affluent London location
PRS is delighted to be representing a prestigious luxury hospitality client in their search for an exceptional Head Waiter to join their high-volume Mediterranean restaurant.
This is a rare opportunity to join an established restaurant renowned for delivering an outstanding experience to a discerning, UHNW clientele. The successful candidate will become a key part of a team that genuinely values its people, invests in their development and promotes from within.

As Head Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading by example and helping to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong background in high-end or luxury hospitality
- Previous experience at Head Waiter, Senior Waiter or similar level
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A positive, hardworking and team-focused attitude
- The confidence to lead and support a busy service
- The ambition to progress into management
- Excellent standards of presentation, communication and service
High-volume restaurant experience is desirable, but not essential.
Most importantly, attitude is everything. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, support their colleagues and lead from the front. Technical skills can be developed; the right attitude, work ethic and team mentality cannot.
