Head Waiter/Waitress Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team at Oswald’s, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 p/a!

Working Hours

  • 5 day working week between Monday – Saturday on a rota basis
  • Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed

What You Will Do

  • Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.
  • To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.
  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure an exceptional fine-dining experience from arrival to departure.
  • Ensure that all colleagues provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
  • Supervise and train junior waiters on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest etiquette.
  • Provide detailed menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and styles of service.

What We Are Looking For

  • Significant experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member’s club is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
