Head Waiter
As a Head Waiter at The Cinnamon Collection, you’ll lead by example, ensuring that every guest receives impeccable service while overseeing the smooth operation of the front-of-house team. Your role involves delivering first-class service, enhancing the guest experience through personalised recommendations and special requests, and supporting front-of-house operations by managing bookings and guest issues.
Requirements
- Experienced & Professional: Previous experience in high-end restaurants with a deep understanding of impeccable service.
- Natural Leader: Confident, approachable, and skilled at motivating a team, leading by example.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, with attention to every detail.
- Organised & Efficient: Ability to stay calm, manage time effectively, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable About Food & Wine: Passion for food and an understanding of wine pairing.

Responsibilities
