What You'll Do
As a Head Waiter, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
- You will be responsible for delivering food to guests, working closely with both the kitchen (culinary) team and the wine service (sommelier) team to ensure exceptional guest service during the day. This will include preparation of equipment and setting up tables before the restaurant opens to ensure our guests receive the best experience.
- You will also be responsible for completing the closing duties at the end of the day such as cleaning tables, storing equipment, and resetting the dining area.
- Occasionally, guests may have special requests, including dietary needs, specific food or wine preferences, or requests for special celebrations. Most of these requests will be fulfilled by our Head Waiters.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
