We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Head Waiter/Waitress to join our waiting team at Public House Group! If you're passionate about hospitality and seeking an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing as a Head Waiter/Waitress:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome, offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
- Food & drink knowledge: have an excellent understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
- Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborative teamwork: work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
About you, our new Head Waiter/Waitress:
- Ideally have previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or supervisor role.
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is highly advantageous.
