The Restaurant
Opened in 2017, Hoppers Marylebone pays homage to the Tropical Modernist movement and the legacy of late Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Bawa. Accommodating 100 guests across two floors and an outdoor terrace, St Christopher's Place offers a sophisticated yet high-energy work environment in the heart of London. It is an ideal setting for those who thrive in a fast-paced, yet fun and accessible environments. A unique offering, teamwork and its genuine hospitality has made this restaurant a huge success from its opening and stand out amongst the strong competition in the area.
The Position
As Head Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing a warm and genuine welcome to our guests, delivering an exceptional standard of service and memorable customer experience, and you will continually lead and inspire the front of house team to do the same.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
- Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress within a fast paced quality restaurant;
- Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
- A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
- Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
- The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;
