Your Role

  • Lead with Excellence: As a Head Waiter, you’ll be responsible for delivering first-class service while overseeing the wait staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Your leadership will inspire the team to go above and beyond for every guest.
  • Enhance the Guest Experience: With your deep knowledge of our menu and passion for hospitality, you’ll provide personalised recommendations, manage special requests, and ensure every guest leaves delighted.
  • Support Front-of-House Operations: You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth service, manage bookings, and handle any guest issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Mentor the Team: You’ll train and coach junior wait staff, sharing your expertise in customer service, menu knowledge, and operational efficiency.
  • Uphold High Standards: You’ll ensure that service runs smoothly, from setting tables to managing guest flow, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced & Professional: You’ve worked in high-end restaurants before and have a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver impeccable service.
  • Natural Leader: You’re confident, approachable, and love motivating a team. You lead by example and inspire those around you to deliver their best.
  • Customer-Focused: You have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You know that every detail counts, from a warm welcome to personalised recommendations.
  • Organised & Efficient: In a fast-paced environment, you stay calm, manage your time well, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Knowledgeable About Food & Wine: You have a passion for great food and an understanding of wine pairing that enhances the dining experience.
