Fundamental Hospitality is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter/Waitress to join our exceptional teams across London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within some of the city’s most prestigious restaurant concepts, including Gaia, La Maison Ani, and Shanghai Me.
The Role
As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences. You will lead service on the floor, support and motivate the front of house team and ensure the highest standards of hospitality are consistently maintained.

Salary from: £17.50 to £19.40 per annum + tips

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress professional within luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Exceptional guest engagement and communication skills
- Strong understanding of service flow, team coordination, and table management
- Professional, charismatic, and passionate about hospitality
- Ability to remain calm, organised, and service-focused under pressure
- A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering excellence
