Head Waiter – Square Grill Restaurant Piano Bar
Square Grill Restaurant Piano Bar is a contemporary brasserie dining establishment located in the historic city of Bath, UK, specialising in high-quality grilled dishes with a modern twist. The restaurant offers a vibrant and stylish atmosphere, combining a relaxed dining experience with exceptional food and service and live piano performances in the evenings.
Full Time: 5 day per week - Up to £16ph depending on experience

What You'll Bring
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a front-of-house environment, preferably in fine dining or brasserie-style service.
- A natural flair for hospitality and professionalism — you're confident, agile under pressure, and elevate every guest interaction.
- A dedication to team development — you lead with energy, care, and encourage your team’s growth.
- A passion for delivering service excellence with warmth and authenticity.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example: manage a service section during peak periods, coordinate smooth order flow, and ensure seamless guest billing.
- Mentor and inspire Commis Waiters, fostering a supportive, collaborative, and safety-conscious team environment.
- Deliver polished, personable service that reflects Sanremo’s ethos of friendly sophistication.
