About the Role
- Lead the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to maintain seamless operations.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold high service standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism.
Key Criteria:
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
- A passion for hospitality and exceptional front-of-house service standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
