About The Role – You Will
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service, setting the tone for exceptional guest experiences
- Deliver confident, attentive, and elegant table service throughout the restaurant
- Communicate seamlessly with reception, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
- Upsell menu items with in-depth product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
- Train and mentor junior waiters/waitresses to uphold House of Louie’s service standards
- Support the management team in day-to-day floor operations and guest relations

About You – You Will Have
- Proven experience as a senior waiter/waitress or head waiter in a premium hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for food, drink, and service excellence
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to guide a team with confidence and calm
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Great attention to detail, organisation, and guest awareness
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus — but full training will be provided
- A proactive, positive, and polished approach to service
