It’s an exciting time at House of Louie, and we’re looking for a confident, service-driven, and experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team and lead by example on the restaurant floor.

House of Louie, part of a world-class hospitality group including RIKAS, Paris Society, and the Ennismore Group, is a four-storey townhouse in the heart of the West End. About The Role – You Will

  • Lead and support the front-of-house team during service, setting the tone for exceptional guest experiences
  • Deliver confident, attentive, and elegant table service throughout the restaurant
  • Communicate seamlessly with reception, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
  • Upsell menu items with in-depth product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
  • Train and mentor junior waiters/waitresses to uphold House of Louie’s service standards
  • Support the management team in day-to-day floor operations and guest relations

About You – You Will Have

  • Proven experience as a senior waiter/waitress or head waiter in a premium hospitality environment
  • A genuine passion for food, drink, and service excellence
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to guide a team with confidence and calm
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Great attention to detail, organisation, and guest awareness
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus — but full training will be provided
  • A proactive, positive, and polished approach to service
