About The Role

As our Head Waiter you will lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, high-quality hospitality, acting as a bridge between the restaurant manager, kitchen, and service staff. You will supervise, assist and develop waiters on their station, ensuring correct procedures and standards are maintained at all times. Key responsibilities include training staff, managing service flow, resolving customer complaints, ensuring food safety compliance, and overseeing station setups to maximize guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guiding the Journey: Introducing guests to our Brasserie-style menu.
  • Delivering Excellence: Providing seamless, attentive hospitality in a fast-paced, stylish environment.
  • Knowing Your Craft: Learning our wine list and menus inside out to make expert recommendations.
  • Building the Vibe: Helping us create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps locals and visitors to the area coming back.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re a natural "people person" with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Previous experience in a busy, independent restaurant or brasserie.
  • You enjoy working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep things running smoothly.
  • Comfortable working a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
