Head of Marketing
Milton Keynes | Cleantech | Consumer Technology
Intervl is supporting a rapidly growing, design-led consumer technology business in the appointment of a Head of Marketing.
The company has experienced significant growth and is looking for a commercially driven marketing leader to take ownership of the marketing function and support the next stage of its development.
Experience within consumer technology, energy, high-end consumer products, or another design-led sector would be particularly relevant, although we're open to exceptional marketers from other B2C environments.
The Role
You will take ownership of the overall marketing strategy and execution, including:
- Managing a significant Google and Meta paid media budget
- Developing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and measurable sales growth
- Managing and developing the company's premium brand positioning
- Overseeing PR, social media, and wider brand awareness activity
- Owning the customer journey across digital acquisition, website, enquiry/quote process, CRM communications, and post-purchase experience
- Developing lifecycle, referral, and customer advocacy programmes
- Managing a significant multi-million-pound marketing budget
- Working closely with the Board, Sales, and Commercial teams to support continued growth
- Leading and developing the wider marketing function and external partners

The Person
We're looking for a commercially minded B2C marketing leader rather than a specialist in one particular marketing discipline.
You are likely to have:
- Experience leading a broad B2C marketing function
- Strong knowledge of paid acquisition and performance marketing
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets
- A track record of connecting marketing activity directly to sales and commercial growth
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, ideally within a premium, design-led, or technology-focused environment
- Experience across CRM, customer lifecycle, and digital customer journeys
- Strong people and agency management experience
- A hands-on and entrepreneurial approach
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or Board-level stakeholders

The position is based in the Milton Keynes area
