Headteacher Opportunity at Bishop Bronescombe School
The Board of Directors of Rainbow Multi Academy Trust is seeking an inspiring and values-led Headteacher for Bishop Bronescombe School in St Austell. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a welcoming primary school with a strong community spirit and a commitment to ensuring every child thrives.
About the Role
As Headteacher, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, driving high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement while nurturing the school's inclusive and caring ethos. Working closely with Trust leaders, staff, families, governors, and the wider community, you will lead school improvement, champion pupil wellbeing, and shape the future direction of the school.
Key Requirements
- Qualifications: QTS, NPQH, and substantial senior leadership experience
- Experience: Proven track record of raising standards and securing positive outcomes for children
- Expertise: Strong expertise in safeguarding, inclusion, SEND, and pupil wellbeing
- Skills: Excellent communicator, committed to high expectations, continuous improvement, and upholding the school's Christian values
