Our small, friendly, village school has a real family feel and is at the heart of the community. The Governors and staff are looking for an experienced senior leader, with a strong track record in whole school leadership and core learning.
The Headteacher we are looking for will:
- Continue to develop the Christian ethos and vision of the School, alongside our Governors.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.
- Build on our culture where individuals are encouraged to succeed and everyone’s contribution is valued.
- Be committed to developing all staff through effective coaching, continued support and empowerment.
- Be able to support positive relationships with pupils, parents, Governors, parish and wider community.
- Be empathetic toward an inclusive faith-based education.
- Be an exceptional communicator who will build trusted and supportive partnerships with both staff and parents.
