HEADTEACHER

for Easter 2027

Due to the retirement of our Headteacher we are looking for a new Headteacher to take us in to our new chapter, to build on the strength of our school story so far and to continue our journey.

We are looking for:

  • An inspirational and values-led leader who will embrace and further develop our distinctive Christian ethos.
  • A strategic thinker with the vision and ambition to build on our strengths and lead the school confidently.
  • An excellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development.
  • A visible, approachable and compassionate leader who can inspire, develop and support staff.
  • Someone who will build excellent relationships with children, staff, parents and carers, Governors, the Church and wider community.
  • Commitment to ensuring inclusion, addressing diversity and access, and removing barriers to learning and achievement for all pupils, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
  • Someone with the leadership and management skills to use the school’s people, resources and finances effectively.
