The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a driven, kind, and caring Headteacher who can offer inspirational leadership and who can motivate colleagues and children alike. We are exceptionally proud of our school and nursery and would welcome someone who will continue our exciting journey of continued improvement.
We are looking for a Headteacher who:
- Has proven success within a school at leadership level.
- Is approachable and visible, has excellent communication skills, and will work collaboratively with governors, the Diocese, staff, parents, and the wider community.
- Is passionate about the wellbeing of all children and staff, whilst maintaining high expectations of achievement and behavior.
- Is resilient, creative, and committed to the future success of our school and nursery.
- Values children as individuals with personal strengths and needs and who strives to ensure that every child’s potential is met.

Shortlisting will take place on the morning of Wednesday 14th October 2026.
Interview dates: Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd October 2026 (you will be required on both dates).
