Salary: ALT Leadership L18 - L24 £81,457 - £94,349
We are seeking an inspirational Headteacher to guide Isle of Ely Primary School through its next chapter, bringing together educational excellence, strong moral purpose and a genuine commitment to people. In a school known for its caring and stimulating environment, this role offers the opportunity to nurture a culture where children achieve well, staff are empowered to develop their practice, and families feel connected to the life of the school. Working closely with colleagues across the Active Learning Trust, the successful candidate will embrace innovation, collaboration and continual improvement, ensuring every decision helps children learn, grow and achieve their potential.
For the right candidate, a relocation allowance may be available to support a move to the local area.
Summary Of Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the school, ensuring high standards of achievement, behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
- Lead, support and develop staff, promoting excellent teaching and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive a broad, ambitious curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils and supports strong outcomes.
- Manage resources, finances and facilities effectively to deliver the school's priorities.
- Work with governors, families, the Trust and the wider community to deliver sustainable school improvement and accountability.
