The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a Headteacher who shares our values and brings evidence of successful strategic leadership and a proven record of school improvement.
Skills and Experience Required
- An experienced teacher and leader with a positive collaborative outlook.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, SEND, inclusion and the statutory responsibilities of a maintained school.
- Genuinely relishes the opportunity to lead a small community infant school.
- Is committed to maintaining the school’s welcoming and nurturing character while being ambitious about its future.
