We're looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Health team. If you're passionate about building strong relationships, enjoy working with clients and brokers, and have a commercial mindset focused on delivering great outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and relationship focused professional who enjoys connecting with people and building trusted partnerships. You'll be confident working with clients and brokers, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and motivated by delivering positive outcomes while contributing to the growth of the business.

What will you be doing?
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of health clients and broker partners, acting as their trusted point of contact and ensuring they get maximum value from their partnership with Unum. You'll work closely with stakeholders to retain and grow existing business, identify new opportunities and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Enjoy variety? No two days are the same. You'll be meeting with clients and brokers, reviewing account performance, discussing market trends and collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver tailored health solutions.
What we're looking for
We're interested in hearing from people who can build credibility quickly, develop long-term relationships and confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
You'll ideally bring:
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to client and broker meetings
- Experience or transferrable skills in account management, client relationship management and/or business development
- Strong relationship building skills with the confidence to engage, influence and negotiate with clients and brokers
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business retention
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
