This is an exciting time to join us. We've recently restructured our service to create specialist career pathways, innovative ways of working and stronger support networks for our workforce. We are currently recruiting for:
Social Workers
Help adults and older people achieve positive outcomes through strengths-based practice, safeguarding and person-centred support planning.
Advanced Practitioners
Take the next step in your career by supporting best practice, mentoring colleagues and helping to shape service delivery across adult social care.
Occupational Therapists
Empower people to maximise their independence through holistic assessments, rehabilitation and collaborative care planning.
Social Care Coordinators
Support adults and young people with eligible care and support needs while developing your skills across a range of specialist teams.
Areas of Practice
Mental Health
Work alongside multidisciplinary colleagues to support adults with mental health needs through recovery-focused interventions, safeguarding and Care Act responsibilities.
Intermediate Care
Provide short-term, outcome-focused support that helps people avoid unnecessary hospital admissions, recover safely and remain independent.
