Summary
To provide support to the H&S Manager for both ecube Solutions & ecube Maintenance, demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards, company procedures and Health and Safety policies. Ensuring that all activities meet both regulatory standards and company procedures.
Main responsibilities
- Compliance to UK regulations | Develop, review H&S policies / procedures
- Risk Management | Conduct Risk Assessments, undertake & control COSHH assessments
- Training & Development | Identify H&S needs across site - Design, deliver training programmes, Inductions, refresher, toolbox talks and specialist sessions(manual handling, forklift, MEWP)
- Participation in Safety Investigations led by the H&S Manager / Head of QHSE
- Monitoring H&S / Safety activities
- Reporting on performance of facility to Senior Management
- Assisting Management with closure of Actions

Skills/experience
Essential qualifications & experience
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Experience in delivering health and safety training.
- Practical experience in a health and safety advisory role (typically 2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.

Desirable:
- NVQ Level 6 Diploma or higher-level qualification.
- Training qualification (e.g Train the Trainer).
- Experience in delivering forklift truck and MEWP training.
- Experience with ISO 45001
- Experience in the aviation sector (Maintenance & Disassembly).
