Altrad are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Health and Safety Co-ordinator to join the team in our Aberdeen office.

The successful candidate will support the coordination of Health & Safety activities across the business, helping to maintain compliance documentation, monitor HSE performance, and promote a positive safety culture.

Key Deliverables

  • Participate in the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
  • Compile and distribute HSE performance reports and KPI data.
  • Collate, analyse, and trend Hazard Observation data.
  • Provide basic guidance and coaching on HSE matters relevant to the business area.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE reports.
  • Promote workforce engagement in HSE initiatives and programmes.
  • Support the delivery of safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and awareness programmes.
  • Encourage the reporting of hazards, near misses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support actions required for the successful implementation of local and regional HSE improvement plans.
  • Act as a visible and professional HSEQ representative, promoting a positive safety culture at all times.
  • Support the organisation's Emergency Response processes and arrangements.
  • Assist with other HSEQ-related activities as required.
