We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Health & Safety Consultant / Fire Risk Advisor to join our team, delivering expert advice and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients and schedule support visits in line with contractual requirements
- Conduct Health & Safety audits and Fire Risk Assessments, producing clear and practical action plans
- Support clients in implementing recommended actions and improvements
- Maintain and update client records via our bespoke online Health & Safety Management System
- Develop and review policies, processes, and procedures tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery, share industry knowledge, and improve internal resources
- Stay up to date with current UK Health & Safety legislation and best practices

About You:
- NEBOSH General Certificate, Diploma, Fire Certificate, or equivalent (minimum requirement)
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety advisory role and in completion of Fire Risk Assessments in a client-facing role.
- Member of professional body, IOSH, IFSM, etc.
- Professional, friendly, and supportive approach to implementation of H&S requirements with a clear understanding of legislation and best practice.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence leaders and workers in a variety of settings and industries.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Knowledge of, and experience in implementing, Management Systems, primarily H&S, but knowledge in relation to Quality and Environmental management is a benefit.
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements throughout Scotland)
