Ready to drive safety excellence across one of DHL Supply Chain's most unique and fast-moving operations? Our Finished Vehicle Solutions contract spans three dynamic sites, each playing a crucial role in the journey of brand-new vehicles, supported by a range of facilities that keep the operation running smoothly. We're looking for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys supporting teams and facilities across multiple locations, while being hands-on in a role that is critical to maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant environments. If you're the kind of person who can walk into a complex operation and instantly spot opportunities to elevate standards, this is the role where you'll shine.

As our Health and Safety Contract Business Partner, you'll be the go-to expert for all things Health and Safety & Business Continuity Management (BCM) guiding, supporting, and empowering our teams and site facilities to deliver excellence every single day.

What You Will Do

  • Overseeing Facilities Management activities across all three sites to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations
  • Providing expert Health and Safety & BCM support to ensure full compliance with statutory legislation
  • Driving standardisation and embedding the HSMS and wider policies across all three sites
  • Meeting annual SHE objectives through proactive engagement and performance management
  • Supporting the central Health and Safety function to deliver business-wide functional goals
  • Coordinating Health and Safety & BCM initiatives with site management teams to build a strong safety culture

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
