About the Role
Are you a H&S Co-ordinator who is ready to be part of a successful firm founded on firm family values? Can you be the key member of the support team who ensures all safety measures are achieved and documented? If so, the Business Support Team and the Engineers are waiting for you!
You will love order and achieving deadlines with calm competence. You will pride yourself on your attention to detail.
Responsibilities
So, what will you be doing?
- A major focus of your role will be coordinating RAMS, compliance and the maintenance and inspection of a fleet of 20-25 vans.
- Maintaining document control and storage.
- Tracking project activities.
- Supporting the wider company project team with development of all key project background documentation, including access and HOP coordination.
- Arranging access for telecoms sites.
- Ensure access for all activities is in place according to the schedule.
- Ensure technical knowledge is up to date including but not limited to Health & Safety.
- Departmental reporting.
- Ensure critical deadlines are met.

Details
This is an office-based role and hours of work are 8am to 5pm.
