Job Introduction

Health & Safety Coordinator

Location: South Wales & South-West England – Weekly Travel + Work from Home

At Rodericks Dental Partners, Your Smile Matters Too. We care just as much about our people as we do about our patients. That’s why we’re creating an environment where you can grow, feel valued, and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Health & Safety Coordinator to support dental practices across South Wales & South-West England. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in health and safety within healthcare and dentistry, with full training provided.

The successful candidate will join a team of four Health & Safety professionals within our Property & Facilities Department, working collaboratively to support practices across the organisation. There are currently two vacancies, covering the South of England and South Wales.

The Role

As a Regional Health & Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our dental practices to maintain safe, compliant, and well-managed working environments.

The role is primarily field-based, with a typical working week involving 3–4 days travelling to practices within your allocated region to carry out audits, inspections, and risk assessments. The remaining time will be spent completing administrative duties either from your local practice, our Support Centre in Northampton, or from home.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
