Health and Safety Instructor / Trainer | £35k-45k p/a | Manchester
Are you an experienced Health & Safety Trainer who enjoys helping people develop practical skills that make a real difference on site?
We're working with a well-established training provider that delivers accredited programmes across the utilities, construction and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add another instructor to their team in Manchester.
The Role
You'll deliver a range of classroom and practical health & safety courses, ensuring learners gain the knowledge and confidence needed to work safely and meet industry standards. You'll also keep course content up to date, maintain training records and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training provision.

We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience delivering Health & Safety training to adult learners.
- A Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent teaching qualification).
- IOSH Managing Safely or a higher Health & Safety qualification.
- Emergency First Aid at Work certification.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners from a variety of backgrounds.
- A proactive, organised approach and a genuine passion for developing others.
Desirable
- Experience delivering accredited courses such as CITB, IOSH, NEBOSH or First Aid.
- Additional instructor approvals including IPAF, PASMA or Ladder Association.
- Experience within utilities, construction or industrial environments.
