HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER

DON’T JUST MANAGE SAFETY. SHAPE IT.

Most Health & Safety roles are about maintaining systems and monitoring compliance. This one is about taking ownership, influencing how we work, and helping shape a safety culture as the business grows.

At Triex, safety is fundamental to how we deliver. You’ll have the opportunity to work across our business and projects - challenging standards, driving improvement, and making a genuine impact.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

We’re not just another contractor.

We’re electrical infrastructure specialists.

As a market-leading ICP, we deliver electrical balance of plant for critical assets across data centres, energy, renewables, DNOs and utilities - working with major clients and some of the most forward-thinking organisations in the industry.

As our projects, teams and capabilities continue to develop, we need someone who can help ensure our approach to Health & Safety develops with them.

This is your opportunity to take ownership of H&S across Triex and have a real voice in how we operate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
