Health & Safety Manager
London, UK | On-site
Join a leading health and wellness organisation as a Health & Safety Manager, overseeing health and safety, compliance and day-to-day operational standards within a busy club environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day health and safety and compliance across the club
- Regularly act as Duty Manager, taking accountability for smooth club operations
- Lead and support the club team, ensuring employees are trained in line with company expectations
- Manage self-employed contractors and support the maintenance and upkeep of the facility
- Ensure relevant health and safety regulations and standards are consistently followed
- Promote a safe, well-maintained and customer-focused club environment
- Support operational priorities and respond to issues as they arise

Requirements
- IOSH, NEBOSH or another relevant recognised Health & Safety qualification
- Relevant Facilities Management qualification, such as an HND or Diploma
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of Health & Safety regulations
- Experience managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility
- Experience managing a team within a service-led environment, such as hospitality, retail, leisure, sport or attractions
- Strong customer service focus
- Good leadership, communication and organisational skills
